If you qualify please send an email complete with your company or organization name and address (no personal addresses please) along with the number of welcome packages for you and your co-workers. We will gladly send you the information specific to your group. All requests will be validated to be bonified organizations.
Do you have a price guarantee?
Yes if, within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you see us offering the identical item at a lower price, please let us know and we will credit you the difference.

Can I order by mail?
Yes. Although we provide guaranteed order security online, if you prefer to place your order by mail, download our order form
and mail to P.O. box 1668, Fort Myers, FL 33902. Florida resident local tax rates will apply.
How much will I pay in shipping charges?
We use a standard UPS shipping calculator to calculate shipping fees. We do not add our own packaging fees. Simply stated - You pay what we pay.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States?
We do ship to all 50 states. However, at this time we do not ship out of the country, nor do we ship to Puerto Rico or any other offshore U.S. territories.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Your order will be shipped via U. S. Postal Service or UPS Ground. Approximate shipping times are reflected in the map below. We ship from Jacksonville, Florida. After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. You will also receive shipping and tracking information when your package leaves the wharehouse. These notices will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order.
Note: Due so security issues your order may be delayed if the shipping address is different from your billing address.
Do you accept Returns?
Yes. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase please let us know, within 14 days of order, at returns, for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Any shipping charges are non-refundable
What if my product arrives damaged or is in some way defective?
Any damaged or defective merchandise must be reported through our contact page within 7 days of receipt. We will send you an RMA and prepaid shipping information. Upon receipt and validation of the damaged item we will provide a replacement. If you wish to receive a refund rather than a replacement you will be required to pay any shipping charges.
